Medical Services

The Teen Program uses grant funding to provide medical care to youth ages 10-21 without insurance or to those that do have insurance, and have the high deductibles and co-pays that comes with it. All youth that reside in Michigan, and are between the ages of 10 and 21 years old, are eligible to enroll in the Teen Program, until their 22nd birthday.

What is NOT Covered?

• Sport Physicals- $24 cost to patient
• Cost of Hospitalization
• Off - Site Care
• Prescriptions- Patients are able to take advantage of Agency 340b Drug Plan
• Lab Work not listed under "Laboratory Testing"
